HIGHLIGHTS

Here at Trinity Lutheran Church our mission as children of God is to live together in the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, acting in compassion in the world as we proclaim the promises of God. We want every member to be a regular worshipper and to be a place where worship is vibrant, innovative and rooted in the Gospel. We want every member to be a growing disciple. We want to be a community growing in mission.
 
Do you share this vision? Then God may be calling you to be a member here at Trinity Lutheran Church. In partnership with the other congregations of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in our community, we invite you to share in our mission through becoming a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
 
Each year from September through May, we provide several opportunities for people to do this. Every other month, we have new member orientations, a new member welcome pot-luck., and a new member Sunday.
 
We invite you to take part in these events for those wishing to join Trinity (see below for the upcoming dates):
 
1. New Member Orientations - There are two identical meetings, and you only need to attend one of them. Come meet other new members, learn about what opportunities Trinity has to offer you, kids can register for Sunday School, and everyone gets a tour of the building! You do not need to R.S.V.P. for this informal gathering AND nursery care is provided.
 
Both meetings are in the Lounge, which is across from the office. There will be signs to direct you.
 
2. New Member Pot-Lucks - If you are able to make it to one of the orientation meetings, then please also mark your calendar for this family pot-luck dinner with all the other new members, friends from Trinity, and special guests. These are held in the Christian Life Center on the Saturday night before New Member Sunday.
 
3. New Member Sundays - At the worship service of your choice, you will be received as a new member of Trinity!
 
8, 9 or 11am in the Sanctuary, 9 or 11:10 in the Christian Life Center
